Cymtec Limited will be exhibiting at the Laser World of Photonics exhibition in Munich from the 13th to the 16th of May. We will be located in hall B1 on stand 631.

Cymtec are currently participating in the Jobs Growth Wales Scheme which enables a 16-24 year old person to be employed for 6 months free of charge, funded by the Welsh Government.

Cymtec and their strategic alliance partner ICL will be presenting a manuscript at Photonics West 2012. This manuscript has been jointly developed between Cymtec and ICL and will be presented by Dr Dan Elson. The manuscript presents the findings from the initial testing of an LED light source for endoscopy which both Cymtec and ICL have been working on since mid-2010. Cymtec Limited has expanded their human capital base with another full time employee being taken on board. This person is Daniel Rees-Whippey whose main role will be in embedded software and electronics. Daniel is undertaking a KESS scheme in which he will complete a 3 year PhD while working full time at Cymtec.

Cymtecs Design and Development Manager Kevin Rogers has published a manuscript at Photonics West 2011. Kevin is currently undertaking a three year PhD while working at Cymtec and the manuscript details the technology which Kevin is developing.
